In order to expand the target group for the Freestyle Libre glucose sensor measurement system, we first graduated the data-based target group according to potential through pre-qualification by telephone, placed initial messages and made appointments for the sales force (concierge service). In just a few weeks, we were able to recruit 80 sales representatives plus additional managers using digital application days. This was followed by the organization of a 14-day onboarding, which was concluded with a kickoff event for all external and internal Abbott teams. With our overall concept from a single source, we were able to support the customer in expanding the target group in a short period of time without making too much use of their internal resources.
