Whistleblower Protection

The companies in the Medperion group of companies provide a whistleblower system to report potential legal violations or compliance violations securely and confidentially. This system is aimed not only at our employees, but also at external persons such as business partners, service providers, customers or other third parties who are professionally related to our company.

You can send us information about actual or suspected legal violations via a reporting portal and a hotline. Reports can be made anonymously or with your name; in both cases, your information will be kept strictly confidential.

Your report will be received by an independent, externally commissioned ombudsman, which specializes in processing reports. The ombudsman's office is available to you both electronically and for a personal or telephone conversation and accompanies the further exchange.
