Efficient and successful – our complete concept from one single source

In order to extend the target group for the FreeStyle Libre glucose monitoring system, we initially graded the data-assisted target group by potential using telephone calls for preliminary qualification, posted the first messages and arranged appointments for the field sales team (concierge service).
Within a matter of weeks, our digital applicant days led to the recruitment of 80 sales representatives plus additional managers. This was followed by the organisation of a 14-day onboarding process, which concluded with a kick-off event for all external and internal Abbott teams.
With our complete concept from one single source, we were able to meet the client’s wish by helping to extend the target group in a short space of time without putting too much pressure on its internal resources.
